Our Mission: To facilitate appropriate, effective, and continuous communication between the users of the EZ-CAP Managed Care Information System and support staff at MZI Healthcare.

	Justin Ashe - Treasurer/Secretary I have been working with the EZ-CAP product for the last 5 years in my role as Information Technology Director for Choice Medical Group. I volunteered to serve on the WRUG board initially to provide me with additional exposure to EZ-CAP suite of products  so that I could get a good grasp of the software. I have enjoyed meeting a wide variety of people who use EZ-CAP in various ways to accomplish their business goals. This has helped to open my eyes up to the other ways my company can likewise expand our use of EZ-CAP. For anyone interested in staying attuned to the latest functionality being added to EZ-CAP and who wants to keep their finger on the pulse of the user/vendor community, joining the board is definitely for them. They’ll enjoy the challenge of putting together the annual User Conference and at the same time the benefits of being able to gain valuable resources into integrating EZ-CAP’s various modules in their daily workflow.

	Ashley Conchas - User Liaison Ashley has been working with EZ-CAP at Monarch HealthCare for 14 years in the Claims/Business Operations department.  Her current role is Manager of Training and Support in which she oversees claims and eligibility EDI, clerical and a few senior level claims examiners.  This is her first year on the WRUG Board and will be looking forward to continuing into the following year as the User liaison.
